Retreats 2012
Thai Hermit Yoga is pleased to announce up and coming retreats with Casey and guest yoga teachers from around the world. These unique experiences offer students and teachers alike opportunities to deepen their practices in exotic, lush, remote locations conducive for practice, introspection, relaxation and healing.
Pamper yourself with yoga, meditation, Dharma talks, chanting, nature walks, VEGAN-vegetarian meals, and traditional tea ceremony. Come together with like-minded individuals (Satsang) and learn about communal living and sustainable lifestyles that focus on community and happiness. Most retreats are held in beautiful eco-resorts around Northern Thailand, but not limited to other parts of the world. Casey is fluent in central and northern Thai dialects, participants will experience local cultures first hand, Casey’s experiences living with the different ethnic minority groups in the Mae Hongson area provide for diverse experiences, fun, relaxation, and fresh insights that will heighten your practice and leave you feeling nourished, healed and ready to return home with a smile on your face. These retreats are not to be missed.
